Booking & pricing
How do I book?
Go to our booking page, add the services you need, pick an open date and send your request. We confirm by email within one business day.
What affects the final price?
Shoot length, number of locations, crew size and how much support you need with scripting or story development. Your booking cart shows an estimate, and we confirm the final quote before anything is booked.
How does payment work?
Nothing is charged when you send a booking request. Once we confirm, most projects start with a deposit to secure your date, with the balance due on delivery. Larger projects can be split across milestones.
How far in advance should I book?
You can book as soon as 2 days out. A few weeks’ notice is ideal for multi-day or multi-location projects, but reach out even if your timeline is tight.
Do you travel outside Calgary?
Yes. Choose Outside Calgary when you book and we’ll quote travel separately based on distance and shoot length.
What if I'm not sure what to book?
That’s normal. Book a free 30-minute discovery call and we’ll figure out the right starting point together.

Do you only work with clients in Calgary?
We’re based in Calgary, travel regularly across Alberta, and take on remote editing and post-production for clients anywhere.
What types of organizations do you work with?
Businesses, nonprofits, ministries and purpose-driven organizations with a story worth telling.
Can you help if we're not comfortable on camera?
Absolutely. Most clients aren’t professional presenters, and our process is built to help you feel comfortable and confident.
Can I book photography and video together?
Yes. Add both to the same booking. It’s one of our most popular options for a consistent visual story.
Process
What is the typical process from start to finish?
Plan, film, edit and deliver, with check-ins along the way so the project stays true to your vision.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope, but most projects move from first conversation to final delivery within a few weeks.
How many rounds of revisions are included?
Edits include at least one round of revisions, and you can add extra rounds in the booking cart.
Who is involved in my project?
Depending on the project, a producer, an editor and myself handling creative direction and production, always with a personal hand on your story.
What do I need to prepare?
Just your goals. We’ll guide you through the rest, from planning to the final cut. Add Script & story support if you’d like help shaping the message.
