Before kickoff
Clear goals up front mean fewer revisions later.
- Know the one action visitors should take: book, call, buy or sign up.
- List 3 websites you like and why, plus one you don’t.
- Choose one decision maker for approvals.
- Find your domain and hosting logins, or we can help set them up. Share passwords through a password manager, never by plain email.
Gather these
- Logo files (SVG or high-resolution PNG), brand colours and fonts.
- Photos and videos you want to use, or book a shoot with us.
- Your services, prices and FAQs.
- Testimonials and client logos.
- Page copy, or add copywriting to your project.
- Payment or booking accounts (Stripe, Square, calendar) if you’re taking bookings online.
How we work together
- We design the homepage first so you can see the direction early.
- Other pages follow the approved style.
- You review everything on a private preview link before anything goes live.
- We launch together and record a short walkthrough so you can update the site yourself.
